PipeLay provides the facility to run two code checks using either the DNV standard ‘DNV-OS-F101, October 2013’ or the API standard ‘API Recommended Practice 1111 – 4th Ed., Dec 2009’.
The Code Checking tab allows you to input the necessary code parameters as follows:
'DNV Postprocessing' allows you to obtain local buckling unity checks at both load controlled and displacement controlled regions along the pipeline.
'API Postprocessing' allows you to obtain local buckling due to combined bending and external pressure unity checks along the pipeline.
