All values in this dialog are in [m] or [ft] depending on whether you are using metric or imperial system.
Two vectors are required to define the local axis system, and these must be orthogonal. The local z-axis is calculated automatically to complete a right-handed system.

Description |
Local x-Axis Vector X Co-ordinate: |
The component in the global X direction of the vector defining the local x-axis of the system. |
Local x-Axis Vector Y Co-ordinate: |
The component in the global Y direction of the vector defining the local x-axis of the system. |
Local x-Axis Vector Z Co-ordinate: |
The component in the global Z direction of the vector defining the local x-axis of the system. |
Local y-Axis Vector X Co-ordinate: |
The component in the global X direction of the vector defining the local y-axis of the system. |
Local y-Axis Vector Y Co-ordinate: |
The component in the global Y direction of the vector defining the local y-axis of the system. |
Local y-Axis Vector Z Co-ordinate: |
The component in the global Z direction of the vector defining the local y-axis of the system. |
